YEAR — JUNE 2015-PRESENT

I’ve always been the artistic/creative type growing up, but it wasn’t until the summer of 2015 that I realized I wanted to pursue a professional career in the creative field.

In June 2018, I graduated with my Bachelor’s of Science in Graphic & Web Design from The Art Institute of California—San Francisco and won Best Overall Portfolio for the Spring 2018 class.

During my last quarter of school, I was interning at sunglasses brand called Westward Leaning and later accepted a full time job as their Creative/Marketing Intern right after graduation. After working under their Marketing Director, I slowly made my way up to Junior Graphic Designer and months later became the Head Graphic Designer and worked there for a little over 2 years.

Currently, my graphic design work consists of mostly freelancing + projects at my part-time day job.

Over the years, I’ve also illustrated two published children’s books (written by Jonathan Youngberg)—Gilbert’s Great Escape and A Monkey’s Tail—which are available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

YEAR — MAY 2023-PRESENT

INK + PORCELAIN is a curation platform for rare art and one-of-a-kind home decor in the San Francisco Bay Area, featuring their exclusive collection of Artful Objects Designed by Women. They are purveyors of luxury finishes and accessories favored by interior designers and stylists for their discerning clients.

I work with INK+PORCELAIN doing Creative Production, which includes working on photoshoot sets, assisting with styling, producing photography or video content for new launches, social media (@inkandporcelain), and the website, as well as photo and video editing. I get to work closely with the founder, interior designers, stylists, as well as other photographers.

• I love sports!—both to play and watch. My favorites to play are basketball, golf, and pickleball. My favorite teams are the Golden State Warriors, San Francisco Giants, and San Francisco 49ers.

• I currently kind of have an obsession with wiener dogs (but also just dogs in general)

• I graduated high school in 2012, attended Pacific Union College for 2 years, and was pursuing a career in the medical field (either nursing or physical therapy). I even got my A.S. in Health Science but it wasn’t until 2015 when I realized I wanted to pursue a career in the creative field and now here I am.
